Orders are processed within 10 business days after the purchase, and Fedex will be shipping items as international priority (please refer to www.Fedex.com if you have any query about shipping). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery, if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Also, take into account that the manufacturing is handmade and this might take several days to be complete; this is just for the sake of quality and for assuring good practices for our artisans.
Please be sure about your purchase, before placing the order. Our cancellations policies can be only applied only if the supplier is unable to send the product to the Customer due to lack of inventory and / or other reason of force majeure. In case this happens, the client will be notified and the money will be refund and the time will vary depending on the payment method used.
Shipping Changes Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

Returns and exchanges
TDL assumes return costs in case of finding defective parts resulting from a bad artisanal practice at the time of its elaboration, also TDL reserves the right to study for the next 10 business days the arguments and images that guarantee the factory defect, once revised is not considered accepted until the product or cause of return is in our facilities for study, this does not imply full acceptance.
Once the verification process its been successfully verified, TDL can replace the item or fix any element from it, if that might be the case.
Products(s) such as swimwear pieces must be returned in original, unused condition within 10 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes, or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact.
We want to provide the best costumer and shopping experience for our costumers, that’s why always try to solve any issue with any of our products, we believe that quality it’s a must and this is our main focus. Reimbursement should be the last resource, and this should be mutual consent between both parties.
If the Client receives a significantly not as described item different from the one seeing on our website please sent a proof of purchase within 2 days of receiving the product, the customer must take photographs showing the wrong product and send them to the email email@example.com with the order number. Once it is verified that the product arrived incorrectly, a return shipping label will be sent to the original address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
When a new member registers, they will have their email address or username and a personal password provided so in that way this allows confidential and secure access to the www.tdlvanguardcrafts page. The user assumes full responsibility for keeping their password confidential as it allows them to make purchases and obtain personal information. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TDL, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
